Incredible Inedible Egg

At last our suspicions have been confirmed. Today we received a call from our pediatrician and Hunter's allergy test showed that he is in fact allergic to egg whites. We were extremely relieved to learn that the test results were negative for other foods (peanuts, wheat, soy, milk, etc). Over time some people become more tolerant of eggs and we are praying that Hunter is one of these individuals, but for now Hunter is on strict egg free diet. On the positive side, I now have an opportunity try out some new egg free recipes.
