Labor Day Weekend

Mimi came to visit this past weekend. We spent most of the weekend shopping and taking it easy while Jonathan "labored". He built shelves and a workbench for the garage. I think we may now have one on the most organized garages on the block! As you look through the pictures you will also see some of Jonathan's other handy work. With the help of his Dad and brother, he installed over 500 square feet of laminate wood flooring in our living room, dining room and hallway. Once we get the trim put back up, I will try to post a few before and after pictures of the renovations.

Hanging out in his bedroom.

Time to Eat! (If you view this picture full size you will notice that he now has two teeth on top)

Destroying Mommy's rugs. He loves pulling the fuzz off.

Saturday morning we tried a different type of sippy cup and everything finally clicked. Hunter now is drinking a full sippy cup of milk at breakfast, and he will even drink a little water.

Mimi and Hunter

Our first family picture on our front porch.

Hunter loves to use his highchair as a walker.

Two of our favorite toys. Hunter carries this hammer everywhere. He has even wore some of the rubber off of the handle, because he drags the hammer on the floor when he crawls. He also enjoys throwing the OSU ball on the floor and listening to the music it plays.

All of our windows are at the perfect height for Hunter. Here he is watching Daddy mow the backyard.

Wow - everything looks great! I really like the color of the flooring and tile you picked out. I'm sure you're glad to have those big chores checked off the list.
